“You not a fixie goon bitch, fuck yo life”
I always love seeing Veronica in SF and now I get to see her at events all over the country. Always with a kind word, hug, a smile and sometimes if she’s working a damn good cup of coffee (with a little whiskey in it). It’s been a pleasure to get to know her over the last two years and see her skill set on the bike grow by leaps and bounds, every time I see her race. She’s gonna be a top dog soon enough and probably be having the most fun out of everyone, not matter what race/ event she is at.
Time for the ladies to get some shine. Roz is definitely one lady who deserves that shine. I’ve had the pleasure of racing with and against her on more than a few occasions and I’ve always been impressed by her skills on the many bikes she races. I’m looking forward to hanging out with Roz and Sean this weekend in NYC and cheering them both on as they race the Red Hook Crit!
I met Shawn in person, briefly a last year at a WPH event, then I went up to Sacramento to go suffer in 100+ degree heat during his 100+ mile track race he threw in the middle of summer. He opened his door to myself and a few others from LA, showed us around and threw a really great event, which I’ll never forget. That’s one of the best parts of this “scene” or “sport”, finally meeting in person these dudes and ladies you see or read about online, during these street events and really making long term friends with them, not because we’re racing underground events (that’s part of it), but because we all have the same mind set, having fun on our bikes. Shawn is definitely one of those dudes, it’s been a pleasure to get to know him, and see that he loves to ride and rides to live, just like most of us.
I’m looking damn fit these days. All of my hard work is starting to pay off and I’m feeling pretty good. What am I working for, you might ask? Well right now, just to feel more fit and feel better inside and out. But, to also shred hard at these events and long distance rides I’ve got coming up! PMA!
Like a beast! I’m very impressed by my VeloVie Vitesse 500, hit me up if you wanna know more about these great bikes… I know a guy!
Alvin, Alvin, Alvin. One of the best additions to CBNC and CBNC Cycling. It’s been amazing to watch his growth as cyclist over the last year and I can’t wait to see him shred at all of the upcoming events this year. He’s one of the best dudes to go on #fixietours with and not only is he a teammate, but I’m also proud to call him my friend. I have high hopes for Yung Dildo and he’s one you should be keeping your eyes on…
