Candid at the Track

This past Wednesday night was the start of the weekly Track sessions at Encino. I snapped a few candid shots of the team in between events/ training. Those kits are killer!
RTBL: Intro to Track Racing
Details from RTBL:
With the 2012 Summer Race Series a couple months away, we got time for one more round of our infamous Intro To Track Racing course at Encino Velodrome. The course is six Wednesday night sessions from 7pm to 10pm starting May 2nd through to June 6th. If you are interested in racing the Summer Race Series this year, then I highly suggest attending.
The program is perfect for novice track riders who wish to learn the rules of different track events as well as experienced racers who want to stay in top form. Each night we’ll focus on a different track racing event or discipline. First we learn the rules and strategies of the race and then riders get on the track and give it a go. Encino Velodrome has one of most welcoming atmospheres in the track scene so if you are stoked on racing but a little bit intimidated to hit the banks, this is the perfect course for you. Plus lots of advanced riders attend the Wednesday night sessions and they always have good tips to share with the noobs.
Speaking of noobs, if you haven’t ridden on the track before, you MUST complete the Encino Velodrome Beginner’s Class prior to taking this course. The next class is on Saturday April 28th at noon. Do it!
So how much? Each Intro To Track Racing session is ten bucks (so bring cash) or you can pre-pay all six sessions for only fifty bucks. Pre-paid riders are also invited to attend an additional Wednesday night training session for FREE on either April 25th, June 13th or June 20th. That’s seven sessions for fifty bucks— what a deal!
